If those homes were 1.3-1.4 then in 08 what are they now?
My advice to him if I saw this back then would be to take out the 400k, rent in Solano Beach, buy a ferrari, and develop a new drug habit. Something in with the times like mainlining oxy’s. That would be a fun few years there.
