if this happens it’s good news indeed. It’s about time the bank releases some of this “shadow” inventory we’ve heard so much about.
But I’ve also heard about this tsunami for quite some time, each time to be disappointed by the lack of substantial increase in inventory. I’ll remain cautiously optimistic but skeptical until we actually see it.
