If the housing market is affecting the economy so bad, then I would hesitate buying tech stocks or auto stocks/hard good stocks, retail. People, I would think, will be tightening their purse strings. They ones that don’t walk away will need every red cent to pay the mortgage/bills. I’m not even sure what stocks would be a good investment. Pharma will probably lose some VC.
