If it is just the people who have been waiting for awhile to buy, that pool of buyers should dwindle. But it seems like endless supply of buyers. Even Monteluz and Andalusia at 4S ranch are sold out at every phase release.
And I agree with the previous post that majority of these buyers are Chinese/Asian.
