I wouldn’t take the Piccadilly line. It stops all the way into central London and will take forever. Most take the Heathrow Express which stops at Paddington Station. From there it’s a 15 minute cab ride to Euston. Or you could take the tube (metro) circle line to Euston Sq, a short walk to the Station.
