I would assume buyers in “Stonebridge” have figured out the cost of living before signing the purchase contract. In general they must be affluent people who don’t mind to pay $20k+/year in taxes, MR and HOA fees and $6k+ in utilities.
As far as I could tell insulation was a problem in the “Montoro” homes which are very cheaply built.
