I will bite…. our highest bill during a hot spell was $279.00. Our highest bill during a cold spell was $190.00. Sunny88 hit the nail on the head…bigger house/lot will equal bigger bills. It is what it is. These are all factors that a home buyer will need to factor in. By the way, there is a beautiful breeze up here that we really enjoy. The natural cooling effects are a benefit.
