I was wondering about the whole house, not just the kitchen. Sorry about the ambiguity. I suspected the question might be too general, but I’m trying to determine how much cash it would take to put into the house + asking price vs. typical cost in the area.
Note that I have no clue, here, just thinking about the options as I look at homes.
