I was thinking the same thing about BT. I’ve been following BT and I’d say when all said and done, it should be at 280-300k. Rents are still between 1600-1800 a month. I saw the one that closed at 340k. There’s another smaller listing for more. Good luck. Realtor said they don’t have room to reduce.
