I want to get a good deal. There are many comps that justify my bid. Not sure about the last 90 days. Prices have not gone up in that price range. I would rather pass on this property then over pay. I guess you are correct about not wanting it that bad. This home had very few upgrades for that builder. Inventory is rising and we are getting into the slow season. We are putting down over 30% to get to the 417K loan mark. My realtor is patient and we do our own searches. We preview the home site before we get him involved.
