I use the units as a comp b/c you have rental income and it could support the price given it’s sitting on a street that’s not busy like University. I do not want to make it equal to a bigger place. If anything, it appeals more to investors b/c of the fact it is units.
True that I want more than one bath, but it doesn’t stop others. It sold, didn’t it? And Westerland is pending. Just b/c I want the extra bath doesn’t mean it stops others from purchasing it.
