I think many Californian’s have caught on to speeding on highway’s. I rarely get passed by cars speeding at more than 5 miles over the limit. I drive the 101 south from Santa Barbara to the 126 freeway to the 5, in past months the CHP was pulling people over every 5-10 miles. Now the flow of traffic goes exactly the speed limit even through the small towns with poorly posted speed limits (35 mph through Fillmore).
