I suspect that Corona is not far behind the Temecula area for bank owned homes. The brown lawn syndrome is popping up all over Corona. I have spoken to a couple realtors and the homes are just not selling especially the bank owned homes. I have been seeing more homes that are dropping their prices to pre-2006 levels.
