I suppose just trying to get an opinion that IF I was to consider to buy now, would it be Kosher to try to get a price like this? Just a bit new to the San Diego market as far as buying is concerned. I have inquired agents with prices in the area and it seems that people often make offers of up to 100k less.
I suppose I was not expecting the San Diego real estate market to be like Sam’s Used Car Lot….
