I really only started this thread and recently added the Plum property to show how PL is seeing some declines. Declines that were not happening two years ago. While places in Temecula, Chula Vista, and even Mira Mesa were getting hit hard a few years ago, cities like PL were holding their own, seemingly unscathe.
