I read the comments on calculated risk a lot… Regular commenter LawyerLiz is a foreclosure attorney practicing in FL. She stated today that everything south of Palm Beach is effectively red-lined for residential mortgages. I think the housing still has a ways to go before it normalizes in FL. And it’s a judicial foreclosure state – so it may take longer to get all the foreclosures through the court system.

This is my issue also. I like a varied topography that includes mountains.
