I posted a thread after seeing a story on Fox news that the city of Chula Vista has drafted legislation to fine lenders that own foreclosed homes up to $1000 bones a day if they let the homes fall to blight. Not a bad thought…
I like kewps idea better although I don’t think it would ever happen.
