I personally think 2003 pricing is still high, which is why I started out my post about this property saying it’s still a lot. But it is Point Loma (which is much more desireable than Mira Mesa). And the interest rates are much lower than 2003. And it is highly upgraded. So when you factor in everything, then the price is not too bad. Great deal, no, IMO. But decent price overall.
