I must apologize flu. I was not trying to call you out for thinking your child is exceptional, I was just amazed at how advanced so many of the children at my daughters kindergarten are.
I kept hearing from my daughters pre-k teachers how advanced she is, especially for her age (she just made the age cut-off for this year). Now that I am meeting all her new classmates and their parents I am seeing that most of the kids are all at the same level. Maybe in CV advanced is the “new average.” 😉
For my part I have always thought of my daughter as pretty normal with her own personal strengths and weaknesses.
