I moved from SD to Temecula then back to SD. I’m very glad I did. I rent an apartment in Mission Valley and am very comfortable here. Rent has gone up some since the bottom in 2009-2010, but not more than 2-3% per year in my case; nothing to panic about. If I never own a home again that is fine with me. I like where I live.
