I might know only a small portion of the picture but Irvine has large Asian migrants – many people sell homes in their home country and you can buy 2 or 3 of the Irvine homes… because it’s worse kind of bubble in certain Asian market. There might be a lot more paid off homes in Irvine that belongs to these folks.
