i made a call to my scottrade office to ask how they would handle a situation such as etrade is going through. didn’t get much of an answer. they’re insured, but the main question regarding my holdings was up in the air.
maybe you can do an account transfer… even if it costs a little, better than getting forced to close out your holdings…
