I love having the laundry room upstairs….With three kids and all their activites…I can easily grab the clothes, wash and put them in their rooms.
I do wonder about the hose/flood issue. Many of us have those trays under our washers….but, if a real leak was to occur those little trays are not going to hold that much water.
