I lived within three blocks of that home within the last two years. Very very very noisy. Especially if it is near Ingraham. Ingraham is a nightmare.
The problem is there are several enormous apartment complexes within blocks of that home that are home to thousands, yes thousands, of drunk & crazy college kids. So, if you like being awoken at 3 am on a Tuesday night because someone is arguing about the price of a case of Natural Light Ice then it is the place for you.
There are some nicer homes in the area though and it is close to the bay.
Condo’s in this area are doomed, however, sfr’s may hold their value a little better if it’s on the right street.
