I listened the first few minutes of Kudlow, both he and Vince Farrell reported that a rumor going around the Street is that the Fed could have truly saved BSC, but instead actually encouraged JPM to bid low, then forced BSC to accept the bid. Basically, the Fed wanted another sacrifice after CFC.
