I like the mostly text format.. I often find many E-commerce sites irritating. The author seems to do the ‘hey, look at me and my skilz..’ stuff. Almost all browsers now have the ability to scale the text, so what is the point of adding a button and all the underlying hooks if the web browser has the control to begin with? Besides, this is not a for profit site. All work done on maintaining it is uncompensated (Unlike those who build E-commerce sites).
BTW: I view this on a notebook with 1980×1200 screen resolution, and I have the font reduced to equivalent 8 point when compared to MSWord 8 point Arial (Dell M70). Diff strokes for diff folks..
