I know this is totally hearsay, but the GF gave notice yesterday at her apt complex, and the lady was noticably upset. Much more than would be expected. Turns out the maintaince/handman guy admitted that 15 other apartments have also given notice in the past month. 127 apts in the complex, so we are talking 10% in the last 30 or so days.
I dont know where they are all going, but that seems high. Gotta suck to loose that many renters. (this isnt a “luxery” complex BTW)
