I keep watching forclosure forum every month.. july’s numbers are posted. trustee sales are down from last month’s 2009 peak, guessing that’s the latest moritorium in play?
Still hoping to see more listings in the zone I’m watching though.. NP/SP/Uni Heights.. at least we’re at 4 listings this week with my search params instead of just 1 that’s been the case the last couple weeks? 🙂
