I just signed a lease on a house in Penasquitos. 4 bedrooms, 1700 sf, big backyard, for $2100/month. Why would anybody pay almost as much for a 4br in Temecula?
Because they live in Temecula, I guess. I think people who live paycheck to paycheck tend to stay where they are.
