I just heard that Maybeck sold out most lots for the current phase after lowering the sale price in two weeks. As some realtor said before, it seems that 600K-700K for new homes from the builder might be enticing price point for 4S ranch lovers. It might be due to current low inventory in resale.
Does anyone know 2000 – 2002 price range at 4S ranch?
Is it safe to think it is around 450K – 550K?
