I honestly don’t know enough about how state govt is run to say whether Prop 13 is the problem or not, but California sure is a mess, and an extremely overpriced mess at that. Like a 75-year-old super model who still thinks she’s 22, and still dresses, drinks and spends like the nubile nymph she still sees in the mirror.
