I honestly don’t know Alameda. It is considered a suburb of Oakland rather than SF. My impression (so take it for what it is worth) is that is doesn’t compare to places you mentioned in your last post. Not somewhere I would look if I were searching. But, again, that’s all based on impression rather than fact.
