I haven’t done the research either. Just reading the comments on it, someone offered 120k more than it sold for. punstress commented that the people that bought it were the realtors that had the listing the first time around and the same realtors that are selling now. On the surface, does seem like an inside deal, but SDR, you’re right, I shouldn’t assume anything w/out doing the research and verifying the info.
