I haven’t been by there in ages. I really liked that condo. It was a very nice complex and I am glad to hear it still is. Too bad about your neighbor (or not, if he/she is not a good one). My ex and I were just out of college with our first jobs when we bought there. Calle Cristobal didn’t go through back then, so across the street was nothing but fields and coyotes. In fact, the only way to get there was to drive around barricades at the intersection of Mira Mesa Blvd. and Aquarius. We used to ride mountain bikes all around what is now a sea of subdivisions.
Edited to add: Did you know that the street was named after a woman who worked in the developer’s sales office? Karen (I think?) La Bar did the paperwork on our purchase.
