I have the same problems, fence that doesn’t close, toilets that don’t flush correctly, screen door for the patio that doesn’t open or close correctly because the track for it is compleately rotted so it just falls out, but when I think of buying and wasting all that money, those inconveniences are small.
My wife is totally on the plan, I like to keep tabs, want to go even look at some places, see what money can buy now. She won’t even do that. When prices generally make sense, and we have a chance to pull the trigger, then we’ll go look, until then she thinks it’s a waste of time. Kind of nice marrying a finance chick
