I have not heard one good thing about auctions since I started researching housing.
What is the point of auctions anyway…it there any advantage to participating.
I can’t find anyone who says yes.
Would it not be better to “bid” with an agent and submit offers on housing you wanted to buy and avoid the whole circus.
I dont know how the acution guys will stay in business if they keep pissing off the other half of their customers.
they don’t make money if nothing sells do they?
