I have no idea who is the best for any specific area in SD, Michelle, but I know that if I were buying in San Diego, I’d look up SDR (Adam). Enough non-boosterism honesty on this board over years to gain credibility with me. No idea if he’s as good at all the other parts of the job as he is at convincing skeptical Piggs he is trustworthy, but if you cannot trust your advisor, then what use is all the rest?
That’s based on superficial knowledge. I am sure there are others who are also excellent.
