I have been tracking that ‘hood as well and so the price drop this morning surprised me a bit.
Seems like an aggressive price but the house is in ‘vintage’ condition. I do like the street better then Camino Corte however and there is a recent sale on that street for over a million … but it did have the upgrades. I think we may finally be seeing some meaningful price drops in the good areas. Now the question is just how low prices will go.
