I have a client that bought there. Empty nesters second marriage, sold two homes and combined households. Our friend Tom got the amenities thing wrong though. The plan was to not build the rec facilities in la Costa Ridge and to have them use the facilities in the other Villages of La Costa developements. Not sure which they actually use though (LC oaks or LC Greens) as my client built her own out back.
