I have a basic question. Is the information on REO properties easily available, say, sorted by ZIP or price? One would think the REO owner has an interest in widely publishing this info to get the best offer. I have heard they don’t get on MLS. Is there a free database of such properties? Anything like that for NOD/Shortsale etc., distressed properties?
