I had a listing in Tampico last year that was on the slope you are talking about. Inside the home the road noise was not bad. Outside in the backyard it was pretty noisy. That is a busy street. The home sold very quickly because it was in great condition and showed well. The sellers did not mind the noise at all and I guess the buyers did not. Personally I would not have gotten used to it.
