I guess if you give your assets to other people, they are no longer yours.
That can work, its what OJ did. If you have friends, family you trust *implicitly* you just give all your assets to them.
Of course, they could walk away and screw you, so its a risk.
Anyways, I’m on your side. Screw freeloaders (especially female ones); you worked for it, you should get to keep it.
