I grew up in Sacramento right down the street from this new housing development. The neighborhood is called Meadow View which is where the subdivision name came from. That area going east was the poorer neighborhood, and the people in NorCal aren’t the same as they are down here. I had a friend I went to school with and I went to visit him in that area and there are always 5-10 kids outside one house or another or on a street corner up to no good. Anyway the point is these new houses are going in in the middle of the “hood” and there’s no reason the comps would be different from the house that is 40 years old and run down. Just my 2 cents, since I know that area.
