I forgot to add that, as a PP vehicle seller, you need to make your service records available for inspection. Arrange them chronologically latest to earliest and put them in a folder.
For tires, alignments, batteries and oil changes (maintenance, etc), include only the latest receipts of each for viewing.
Also, if it is due for a smog check in <60 days, do it now and have that report available for inspection.
