I don’t think this fools anybody anymore. It may have done a year ago, but just about anybody you speak to who’s thinking of buying in the higher end zips is singing a different tune. You hear much more in the media about how prices in Beverly Hills, Bell Air, Santa Barbara etc all taking big hits, as opposed to how ‘sticky’ they are. If the median price looks off kilter it probably is.
