I dont think anyone strives to be a landlord one day, but I do think people like having someone else pay their mortgage while they are at the beach hanging out on a tuesday at 10:30.
Thorogood is sweet though. Would it be cool if I brought a ghettoblaster into the delivery room when my son is born to blare “Bad to the Bone”? not cool? allright….I’ll just play it acoustic.
