I don’t rent to anyone who look like they are clueless or irresponsible. If the tenants are Black or Arab, but extreme responsible people. Sure thing, I would rent to them.
However, if they dress like gangster rapper or looks like he’s going to run some Jihad shhh_iit in my apartment, that’s a different story.
