I didn’t read this entire thread but I think the possibilty I am wondering about hasn’t been brought up.
Is it possible that BK’s are having a large effect on foreclosure timelines? Maybe piggs think too responsibly to figure out what people are doing or will do and what is happening to some of these houses as a result? I have some anecdotes but am afraid the person might check in and get really pissed, even if I change a few things to disguise the actual case. Some people know how to and have no compunction against working the system, repeatedly. Sorry for stating the obvious on that last one.
