I could not agree more with your assessment DAC. I also believe that the 500B is just the beginning. In the end what will be interesting is the dilema that homeowners will have to make which will be continuing to pay the mortgage or making the sacrifice to thier credit scores to meet whatever criteria the Feds establish to participate in these programs.
