I check the listings daily and this is the first I have seen of it on sdlookup even though it has been on the market for 19 days. I agree the house will likely sell for more than list but it seems we have seen stuff like this before where the agent gets both ends of a deal and pushes their buyer through. I don’t know if that is what is happening here but the whole things seems fishy. I guess it is possible that I missed the listing or for some reason it posted on sdlookup 19 days after it went active. Usually sdlookup is very reliable, however.
